Team
Jon Laguitao, Founder & Principal
Jon graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Engineering and later earned an Executive Certificate in Strategy from MIT. He held strategic and operational leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Ocean Spray, and Shiseido. He also co-founded a digital marketing agency that continues to serve clients worldwide.Prior to founding Wayland Ridge Holdings, Jon built his career leading teams, coaching talent, and driving growth initiatives across global markets. Outside of work, he enjoys camping and hiking across New England with his wife and three kids.
